The Faldo Junior Tour officially launched its 30th anniversary season in outstanding fashion with the Faldo Junior Tour Cyprus in partnership with the Nicos Severis Junior Open, hosted at the spectacular Elea Golf Club from February 16–18.
Marking a significant milestone, the event represented the first ever Faldo Junior Tour tournament to be staged in Cyprus, underlining the Tour’s ambition to build a long-term commitment to junior golf development in the country. A total of 81 players from 24 nationalities gathered for three days of highly competitive international junior golf, showcasing both emerging talent and the growing global reach of the Tour.
Players were tested by fast, undulating greens and persistent high winds throughout the tournament, with heavy showers adding to the challenge during the final round. Despite demanding conditions, the standard of play remained exceptional, producing thrilling finishes across all age categories.
