The Chance To Play
New for 2024
The Faldo Futures is a National competition open to any child between 7-12 years old. Starting at qualifiers at local clubs with the winners playing in a Regional Final for the chance to be at The Faldo Futures Final at The Belfry in August.
Any UK based club can host a qualifying competition and promote junior golf at their club. All you have to do is register your club and make the relevant payment.
How it Works
Players – 7-12 year olds
Played as a 9 hole competition over shortened courses, the qualifiers are designed to attract as many children as possible to come and participate. Where as the winners will qualify for Regional Finals.
- Qualifying Events: Take place at local golf clubs throughout the UK, Top 2 players from each sections, so 12 players in total, qualify for Regional Finals
- Regional Finals: Take place at 8 Selected Venues across the UK where the Top 3 players in each section, 18 per regional final, qualify for the Faldo Futures Final.
- Faldo Futures Final: Takes place at The Belfry with 144 players participating in the age and gender categories.

Who is it for
For All Boys and Girls between 7 – 12 years of age
Age Categories: 7- 8 Year Olds, 9 – 10 Year olds, 11 – 12 Year olds (separated Boys and Girls)
Tournament Dates
- Qualifiers: Take place between Saturday March 22nd - Sunday April 14th 2024
- Regional Final: Selected Weekends in May & June
- Faldo Futures Final: 28th August 2024, at The Belfry

The iconic Belfry will be the home of The Faldo Futures Final, the location of 4 Ryder Cups and countless events including The British Masters, hosted by Sir Nick Faldo. The Futures final will be prior to a Professional Event and give an unforgettable experience to all that participate.

Regional Finals: £39 per Player
Faldo Futures Final: £49 per player
Support is available via application through the Faldo Grant - Faldo Futures Membership
£29 Annual Fee
Given Free of Charge to all players who enter qualifiers.

Faldo Grant
We want all clubs and young players to participate. To facilitate this The Faldo Grant is available to those clubs or players who want to participate but financial constraints prevent this from being a possibility.
How To Apply: Draft an email detailing your application to series@nickfaldo.com. Please state the reason and how you would wish to use this grant.
All applications will be taken on their merits, and those successful in 2024 will be contacted with the level of assistance that can be offered.
